Improvement of compactness by vacuum die casting in aluminum alloy die casting manufacturers

Aluminum alloy castings are widely used in many industries, such as aerospace, machinery, vehicles and so on. Aluminum alloy die casting manufacturers engaged in production are also trying to improve compactness in a variety of ways, including vacuum die casting.

Vacuum die casting method includes two methods, one is quench exhaust groove method, the other is vacuum valve method.

The quench exhaust trough method uses a washboard shaped exhaust trough with thin thickness and wide width, which is externally connected with a vacuum pump or vacuum tank. After the alloy liquid prepared by the aluminum alloy die casting manufacturer flows into the exhaust slot, it solidifies rapidly and blocks the airway to prevent the alloy liquid from entering the vacuum pipe. This method has the advantages of simple structure, low cost and wide application, but the vacuum degree in the cavity fluctuates greatly and the stability is poor.

The vacuum valve method uses a special cut-off net, which is installed on the parting surface of the die and uses the inertia of the metallurgical industry to close the valve core. The vacuum valve method used by aluminum alloy die casting manufacturers has high vacuum degree, stability and flexible exhaust duct setting. The vacuum valve can also be installed on the pressure chamber of the machine.
